bloomnow is built with privacy by design, hosted in Europe, and developed in line with GDPR principles. We support families with personalized guidance, but do not replace professional diagnoses. We do not sell your data.
Early access is free and is expected to launch in June 2026. Join the waitlist — we’ll let you know as soon as it’s live.
The app will be available for Apple and Android. Planned system requirements: iOS 16 or newer, Android 10 or newer.
Right now we only store what we genuinely need to make the app work for you:
What we deliberately don’t store yet: detailed neurodivergence profiles or answers from self-assessments. Such data would help us recommend the right videos, tools and experts more precisely for you. But in our view, sensitive health data should only be processed long-term once bloomnow is certified as Software as a Medical Device under EU MDR. Until then we prefer to hold back, even if that makes the app less personalized today.
bloomnow runs on servers in Germany, entirely within the EU. There is no data transfer to the US or other third countries. Your data is stored encrypted and transmitted encrypted as well.
Only members of our team who genuinely need this data for their work have access to personal data — and only to the extent required. Everyone with access is contractually bound to confidentiality.
The app itself currently uses no artificial intelligence, no LLM systems and no self-learning models. Suggestions and content are delivered through clearly defined, rule-based logic that we can review and trace ourselves. We only use modern tools (including AI-supported ones) for our internal work, like coding and internal processes.
What we deliberately don’t do:
All rights granted to you under the GDPR apply here as a matter of course:
A short email to rh@bloomnow.ai is enough.
For children additionally: as soon as your child is old enough to decide about their own data themselves, we hand over control in an age-appropriate way. By the age of majority at the latest, your child decides for themselves what happens with their information.
bloomnow is currently being built to meet the requirements for Software as a Medical Device under EU MDR. We are in the planning and preparation phase and are building our quality management accordingly.
What this means for you: from the start, we follow standards that are significantly stricter than those for a regular app. That applies to how we process data, to the traceability of our decisions and to the safety of the content we show you. It makes our development slower, but safer for your family.
We’re building bloomnow step by step. We make two promises along the way:
First: if we introduce new features that need more or different data, we ask for your consent in advance. You then decide again whether you’re in.
Second: if we add AI or LLM features directly into the product in the future, we announce it actively. We explain what the AI does, what it was trained on, where its limits are and how you can turn it off. There are no silent updates from us on sensitive topics.
